The Lark was the brainchild of local architects who saw the potential in the old abandoned Imperial Inn that sat right on Main Street in downtown Bozeman. The new venture promised to become a basecamp for adventure, a central meeting place downtown, complete with taco truck and outdoor fireplace. The new brand had speak to the joy of exploration and keep things local and pow — The Lark was born.
